For the 2027–2028 academic year,
Universal Ministries of The King's College will accept applications and provide instruction in a single programme: the Post-Doctoral Certificate of Advanced Study in Religious Moral Theology for the Artificial Intelligence Era.
This is deliberate. A first cohort of ten to fifteen candidates, taught by a faculty that is fully committed to it, is worth more than a wide catalogue thinly staffed. We would rather do one thing at post-doctoral level and do it properly.
The programme is for clergy, theological educators and religious institutional leaders who already hold an earned doctorate and who now carry responsibility for decisions about artificial intelligence in ministry, formation and governance. It runs over twelve or eighteen months, delivered online with two five-day residential colloquia, and concludes with an original capstone defended before an independent panel.
Ministers seeking formation in other fields are welcome to approach us. We will refer you to institutions within our network across the world, which admit candidates in their own right and confer their own awards. Write to us and we will point you to the right door.

The institution is limited to offering educational programs that prepare students for religious vocations, the minister of education and peace. The permitted fields, as listed in the sworn affidavit, are:1. Philosophy
