- The Hybrid Model: How GENESIS-HAA Works
- GENESIS-HAA operates on a unique 9-Member Commission structure:
- Five Human Commissioners
- Distinguished scholars, theologians, and educators drawn from UMKC's global network across 48+ nations. They provide judgement, conscience, cultural understanding, theological reflection, and the final binding decision on every accreditation.

- A panel of leading artificial intelligence systems, each assigned a specialised advisory role:

- AI-INSIGHT (Claude, Anthropic) Analytical Insight Holistic evaluation of academic frameworks, curriculum coherence, and institutional ethos
- AI-SCOUT (Gemini, Google) Discovery & Research Comparative research across global standards and benchmark institutions
- AI-VERIFY (DeepSeek) Verification & Validation Cross-checking documentation, credentials, and institutional records
- AI-GUARDIAN (ChatGPT, OpenAI) Integrity & Compliance Safeguarding ethical standards and identifying risks or anomalies
- Each AI agent submits an advisory report. The Human Commissioners deliberate. The final decision is, always and only, a human decision.
